Returns & Exchanges

At Something Went Wrong, we believe that even if your order didn't go as planned, your return experience should. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
